The following tariffs are effective as of 1st October 2006.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

Suite Type	Standard Rates 1 or 2 persons
Studio Unit	from $120.00
1 Bedroom Unit	from $140.00
3 Bedroom House	* $200.00 per night for up to 4 people
* Additional Guests in the house are $50 per person extra

Conference Room Hire from $190 per day with full catering service facility available. Please email or phone us for a Conference Pack with prices and menus.

Regular AA Members
A discount off standard room rate is available to AA members. Twelfth night free with official AA Host Booklet. AA Reward Points collected and redeemable at our Motel. Corporate rates also available.

Wedding Group Bookings
Our conference room is available at a modest fee for pre and post wedding group drinks or family gatherings.
